Posh & Luxe is Based in Texas, USA. We ship to all US Sates.
When will my item be shipped?
All of our packages are shipped via USPS. Please Allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please understand our Leather Baby Moccasins are handmade and will ship in 14 business days from initial order date.
What if my order gets lost?
Posh & Luxe is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping address. If you purchase the Priority or Priority express shipping your package does come with insurance and you will be able to file a claim. We will not replace lost item.
What if my package is stolen?
Once a package is shipped, it is NO LONGER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POSH & LUXE. WE WILL NOT REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
